Home Search Advisors
Privacy Policy
Effective 8 October 2026. Home Search Advisors manages enquiries on this channel-partner website. For privacy requests or complaints, contact +91 9867341415.
Information and purpose
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, mobile number, requested information, page and referring-page paths, device category, timestamp and delivery identifiers. We use these to respond to your request, maintain delivery records and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. Submitting requests a response to your enquiry; it is not blanket consent for unrelated marketing. No consent checkbox is preselected and no advertising consent is automatically recorded.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible to the authorised Home Search Advisors account. Vercel hosts this website, and Google Apps Script delivers enquiries to the Sheet. These providers process information needed to operate the service and may retain their own technical logs under their policies. We do not sell enquiry data or automatically forward it to advertising platforms or external CRMs. Any separate sharing for a project visit or transaction will be explained to you.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry records for up to 90 days, with manual review and deletion, unless you request earlier deletion or longer retention is needed for a transaction or legal obligation. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry, withdraw a contact request, or raise a complaint by calling the privacy number above. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Browser and third-party services
This website uses session storage only to remember whether its optional enquiry prompt has been shown or used; form details are not stored in your browser. Advertising analytics and conversion tracking are not enabled. The embedded Google Map and links to WhatsApp or MahaRERA are third-party services with their own privacy policies. Clicking WhatsApp opens a prefilled draft; you decide whether to send it.
Security and updates
We restrict Sheet access and keep the backend secret off the browser. No online system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy and will show the effective date here. This site is intended for adult property enquiries.
